WELCOME TO DAGS

DAGS is a non-profit, voluntary organization of persons interested in “Aging Issues.” Its purpose is to:

• Provide regular Programs of continuing Professional Gerontological Education.
• Provide academic Scholarships to individuals pursuing a career in the Aging Field.
• Disseminate new information in Gerontology.
• Provide educational materials to the public regarding Aging Issues.
• Provide a public Forum for discussion and education on public policy regarding individual and program needs for the elderly.
• Develop position statements regarding the needs of elderly persons and advocate for improved services.
